About Our Founder
Mr. Chaman Kushwaha is the Founder of ApnaTaxPro Career Hub, a professional career development and recruitment platform created to strengthen the connection between industry talent requirements and workforce readiness. An MBA (Finance) professional, he brings practical experience in recruitment consulting, compliance advisory, career guidance, and organizational support.
Through his close engagement with startups, corporates, MSMEs, and educational institutions, he identified a consistent gap between employer expectations and the skills possessed by graduating students and early-career professionals.
